Datex Maintenance ContractsDatex Service contracts are available in a variety of intervals including monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or yearly*, allowing you to customize a payment option to fit your individual business plan. Pricing is based on model and quantity and includes labor and most parts necessary for service due to normal wear and tear on all contracted units. Additionally, Datex offers comprehensive coverage plans that incorporate a more complete range of damage repair. All units to be placed on any Datex Service agreement must be in working condition prior to contract. Our standard turn-around time for repair is approximately 3 days, excluding transit time. All Datex maintenance contracts include free UPS-Ground return shipping (some restrictions apply). In addition to the standard maintenance contract we offer options for integrating specialized repairs, rapid turn-around, loaner equipment, and more.

Advance Replacement In conjunction with a maintenance contract, Datex Service offers an advance replacement program featuring a pool of reserve devices (provided by either you or Datex). By maintaining your stock at our facility, Datex is able to minimize loss of production and guarantee the return of your equipment in 24 hours or less. Pool size and program cost depend on the number of units under contract, unit model, number of locations, etc. Based on a product model/per unit, the service cost may be invoiced on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis and includes 100% of parts, labor, and shipping to and from your location. Pool Contracts are customizable by removing the “express” option and selecting a turn-around time of 3-5 days.
